My immune age was delivered to me 14 days ago, so I’m right at the 2 week mark. I’ve been taking 2-3 a day. It tells you on the box that you can take just one or if you want to boost your immune system take up to 3 a day so I stay in the middle of that. I know 2 weeks is a little early to say what’s going on but I know I love the taste of the packets. They are so convenient and easy to take on the go. I always have a couple in my bag.
