It tastes decent compared to other supplements, but I haven't been on it it very long. Thus far, I haven't noticed anything change. It's my hope that it takes time, and not just that it's ineffective.

I've now been taking this for four months (about to start # 5).

I'll start with the good: it's easy to take, tastes lovely, and I believe it's been beneficial for my immune system overall. I usually get horribly ill during winter, once or twice, but not this winter, and though I also had a flu shot for the first time in my life, and I'm sure that's a part of it, I credit this as well.

The not so great: it has had zero impact on my skin. Not even a little bit.

However, and I'll end it on a good note: the research behind it is solid and I do believe it combats oxidative stress and boost the immune system, so for these reasons, I will continue taking it.

I really hesitated between giving it 3 and 4 stars, I am going with 3 because the advertising that brought me to this product was specifically skin-focussed, and the product did not deliver in that regard. I will give another review if anything changes in that regard.

Japan-fermentation-papaya...that's a winning combination backed by science and proven by results. I love this bioactivator and believe in it. It is easy to take, tastes good and overall makes me feel good.
